They’ve earned the title of largest arts institution in Nebraska with three fantastic venues that have hosted over 5.5 million guests in the last 18 years. Hummingbirds were invited to see their shows in action and share about their experience with their network!
about Omaha Performing Arts
Omaha Performing Arts is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with three locations: Holland Performing Arts Center, Orpheum Theater, and Steelhouse Omaha. These entertainment venues make a large economic impact on the area, generating $61 million annually!
Lovingly known as ‘O-pa’ to the locals, they offer a variety of different shows including jazz, dance, touring Broadway shows, concerts, family shows and more. They also spread their knowledge and commitment surrounding Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) by striving to foster an inclusive culture for all. Another one of their values is supporting and teaching students in a variety of programs that have touched the lives of over 875,000 students and adults.
